By downloading, installing or using KotSafe or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. License
The KotSafe app is free software released under the GNU GPL-3.0. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that license gives you.
3. Beta software and no warranty
KotSafe is in active development and provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will detect every threat, block every connection or run without errors on every device.
4. Acceptable use
- Use KotSafe only on devices and networks you own or are authorised to manage.
- Inspect or decrypt traffic only where you have the right to, and in line with applicable law and the consent of the people involved.
- Do not use KotSafe, or code derived from it, to harm others or violate their privacy.
5. Downloads and third-party services
APKs are distributed through GitHub Releases. Third-party services you connect, such as DNS providers, proxies or cloud AI with your own key, are governed by their own terms.
6. KotSafe Business
The corporate edition is not yet released. When it launches, it may be offered under separate commercial terms.
7. Names and branding
The KotSafe name and logo identify this project. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement of your own product or fork without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the KotSafe authors and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app or website.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
